Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement trade marketing and sales execution strategies for Maverick's agency brand partners across all channels.Forecast and plan for sales growth linked to marketing initiatives.Manage brand marketing budgets to align with commercial objectives.Create engaging sales tools and materials for the sales team.Ensure brand visibility across online, in-store, and on-shelf environments.Execute digital campaigns that enhance awareness, search visibility, and product reviews.Analyze the ROI of marketing activities and refine future strategies accordingly.Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and pricing to develop informed strategies.Support retail partner activations, events, and campaigns.Collaborate with sales, eCommerce, and marketing teams for cross-functional success.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing leadership, preferably within the FMCG or premium drinks sector.Strong knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
