THE ROLE:
Ripple is on a growth trajectory, seeking a driven and innovative Trading and Markets Manager in London. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in an outcomes-oriented environment.
As part of the team reporting to the Senior Director of Trading and Markets, you will play a pivotal role in the tokenization of capital market assets, advocating for the utility and adoption of tokenized instruments, and developing on-chain liquidity solutions. You will actively contribute to Ripple's stablecoin strategy and facilitate the integration of traditional finance with digital asset markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of traditional capital markets infrastructure—including fixed income, repo, money markets, and collateral—along with practical experience or a keen interest in tokenization, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the digital asset economy.
We are looking for a highly analytical and adaptable professional eager to take on a high-impact role within a rapidly evolving intersection of finance and technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Trading and Markets leadership team to establish priorities and assess performance across tokenization and capital markets initiatives.
- Lead the advancement of Ripple's tokenization strategy from a capital markets perspective, emphasizing institutional adoption, on-chain liquidity, collateral mobility, and settlement efficiency.
- Analyze and create use cases for tokenized assets, including money market funds, bonds, repo, and other fixed income instruments, focusing on liquidity and utility in both primary and secondary markets.
- Engage with institutional counterparties—such as asset managers, banks, custodians, and exchanges—to promote the adoption of tokenized assets.
