Experience in outdoor labor settings such as Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operations.At least 2 years of Traffic Control experience with an ATSSA Certification.Valid TMA Driver certification.TCS Certification is preferred.Ability to adapt to a client-driven work schedule.Possession of a valid state driver's license.Steel-toed or composite-toed boots are required.Physical stamina to stand for 8-12 hours daily.Capability to lift weights between 50-60 lbs.Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions and high-traffic environments.Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Become a recognized expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging techniques.
Execute various other duties as may be assigned.
