Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades to ensure safe traffic management.
Utilizing a stop/slow paddle to direct traffic while monitoring job site activities.
Adhering strictly to safety protocols learned during training sessions.
Communicating effectively with your crew and supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
Working outdoors throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.
Being flexible with your schedule, as shifts may vary based on job requirements, including nights and weekends.
Standing or walking for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 12 hours per shift.
We provide essential safety gear, including a hard hat, safety goggles, a safety vest, a whistle, a walkie-talkie, and cold/hot weather clothing. You will need to supply your own steel-toed safety boots that cover the ankle.
