RAND Europe is a prestigious, independent, not-for-profit research organization dedicated to enhancing policy and decision-making through thorough and impartial research and analysis. Our mission is to serve the public interest by significantly influencing over 200 projects annually, which ultimately leads to transformative changes in policy, practice, and processes for the greater good.

The Brussels office, with its team of 11 professionals, focuses on research, business development, and outreach aimed at EU institutions and other European organizations.
