Join our dynamic marketing agency in Bielefeld as a Trainee Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d). In this role, you will assist our clients in the onboarding process, provide essential support, and learn to develop impactful marketing campaigns.

During your training period, you will acquire all necessary skills to excel in this position. Previous marketing knowledge is not required.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok for our clients.
- Writing compelling ad copy for advertisements and landing pages/websites.
- Onboarding new client projects effectively.
- Providing telephone and written support for client inquiries.
- Analyzing campaign performance and implementing optimization strategies.
We are a marketing agency based in Bielefeld (Hillegossen, conveniently located near the highway), specializing in online marketing. We help our clients enhance their online presence to attract more talent or customers, supporting over 250 companies with 50 to 2000 employees, including clinics and care facilities.

Salary: €3,200 per month (gross)
