About the job
As a Trainee in Project Preparation and Execution, you will embark on a two-year program with us, where you will explore the various aspects of our work environment. Throughout the traineeship, you will rotate across different areas of the organization, gaining practical experience every six months in a carefully selected role with the guidance of your mentor. In addition to hands-on experience in departments and projects, you will participate in our comprehensive training curriculum tailored for trainees. Each six-month period focuses on a different theme, allowing you to learn about organizational culture, project management, structures, and our mission, vision, and strategy. Furthermore, you will receive additional training in your role as a work preparer or junior executor, enhancing the knowledge you acquire through practical experience. Most importantly, your personal development is our priority. We emphasize mental resilience, personal leadership, and teamwork through active and challenging activities, enabling you to grow both personally and professionally.
