1. Take full ownership of delivering training to students in accordance with established quality standards.
2. Design and prepare session and lesson plans.
3. Utilize various training methodologies, including case studies, role plays, and simulations, within the classroom environment.
4. Create processes and systems to ensure uniform training quality across the assigned institution, scaling as per market needs.
5. Conduct training sessions covering fundamental knowledge within the assigned domains.
6. Keep accurate records and documentation.

Required Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, specifically within the domain.
- Experience with government skill development schemes is essential.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of process and quality management, especially regarding compliance in government schemes.
- Familiarity with key aspects of mobilizing entry-level candidates.
Career Progression:
Potential to advance to Regional Head in three years or lead project initiatives within five years.
Assessment Process:
1. HR Screening

3. Final Interview with CEO (for government verticals, if needed)
Current Hiring Locations:

Key Deliverables:
1. Deliver training sessions while ensuring full compliance.
2. Support candidate mobilization and retention in collaboration with the team to maintain timely batches.
3. Achieve a minimum certification rate of 80% among participants.
Experience Requirements:
1. Conducted similar training programs for at least 1-2 years with a minimum of 20-25 batches.
2. Assisted the team in candidate mobilization.
3. Engaged with clients during the placement process to ensure successful placements.
