We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Officer to oversee the complete training cycle within the Mining Discipline. The ideal candidate will ensure that training programs align with legal standards and meet the directives of the NQF and MQA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training and assessments for learners, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses, deliver effective training interventions, and evaluate learners' performance.
- Produce and uphold high-quality training outcomes.
- Implement and maintain the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
- Coordinate and oversee all elements of training courses.
- Design and deliver mining training programs.
- Uphold safety standards in accordance with the company's safety initiatives.
