Role Purpose:
Internal: Ensure staff possess a thorough understanding of our products, services, consulting practices, policies, and critical thinking skills. This knowledge is vital for them to effectively market, sell, deliver, support, and critically analyze our offerings. It is essential that internal knowledge is captured in engaging content formats.
External: Equip customers with the necessary understanding of our products, services, and consulting to optimize their investment in DotActiv. Note that software customers require a distinct approach to learning compared to services customers.
Cultural Shift: You will play a vital role in transitioning the organization to a “learning organization”. Employees should not solely depend on formal learning opportunities; they must also take initiative to explore available content, engage critically with it, and challenge our core theories and principles.
Knowledge Transfer Platforms and Formats:
Knowledge transfer will predominantly occur through a dynamic range of online tools, as classroom learning is impractical due to our team being spread across more than 12 locations in South Africa and our customer base spanning over 90 countries. Consequently, online learning is the most efficient and logical solution. You will be responsible for championing the current set of key tools summarized below:
