Interbrands Orbico is seeking a dedicated Transport Administrator to join our team in Bacau. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods along predefined routes, verifying delivery documents, and assisting clients during goods reception. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering orders to all clients along the established route; • Verifying invoices and delivery notes prepared for dispatch (date, stamp, CNP); • Ensuring the compliance of prepared orders in the warehouse with the corresponding invoice/delivery note and assisting clients in receiving goods, obtaining their confirmation; • Participating in loading goods into the van, ensuring their protection against damage and facilitating swift handling for invoice preparation; • Submitting delivered invoices daily based on the delivery report to the archive.
WORK SCHEDULE - MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
