As a Travel Advisor, you will guide our clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. Leverage your expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and accommodations. Your role also includes business development, active prospecting, and expanding your clientele.
You will manage all aspects of client files, including payments, changes, special requests, confirmations, and providing comprehensive support until their return from travel.
Please note that our agencies operate 7 days a week, including some evenings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel options available through our partners.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized and professional service.
- Prospect and create business opportunities to support sales growth.
- Oversee the complete management of client files, from booking to travel completion.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Quickly analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Sell travel packages across all categories, including complex itineraries on Apollo and Sirev.
- Stay updated on market trends, anticipate traveler needs, and adapt to complex situations.
