- Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, potential side effects, and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for patients and their families
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or oncology setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- On-site role at our healthcare facility
