Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support & Admin (50%)Manage the Strategic Partnership inbox, providing support to Lifestyle Managers globally.Coordinate onboarding, logins, and portal access for Travel Lifestyle Managers.Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, project coordination, and database management.Maintain precise reporting for revenue tracking, commissions, and monthly reports.Conduct pricing checks, competitor analysis, and support strategic decision-making.Continuously enhance team processes and share best practices.GHC Database & Digital ManagementManage Preferred Partnership Programs and internal documentation.Oversee rate loading, hotel mapping, and ensure digital accuracy in GDS and partner platforms.Assist with troubleshooting and liaise with tech teams to guarantee seamless digital delivery.Commercial & Partnership Management (50%)Manage and strengthen existing supplier relationships; identify opportunities for operational improvements.Onboard new partners, including handling contracts, reporting, and digital offer integration.Collaborate with teams to maximize visibility and engagement for offers.Represent Ten at industry events, partner meetings, webinars, and site visits.Identify commercial growth opportunities and implement strategies to boost revenue.

As a pivotal member of Ten Group's Global Travel Proposition team, the Travel Partnerships Manager combines operational excellence with significant commercial impact. You will take charge of reporting, analysis, and administrative processes that ensure the team's efficiency, while also supporting supplier partnerships, negotiations, and marketing initiatives that drive revenue and enhance the member experience.
