Key Responsibilities:
Support patients with stretching and exercises to enhance muscle strength, following the Physical Therapist's guidance.
Implement treatment plans as directed to facilitate patient recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about home care techniques that complement in-clinic therapy.
Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment with ready access to equipment.
Assist patients in transitioning to and from therapy areas safely and comfortably.
Handle administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and documentation to streamline clinic operations.
Teach recovery techniques, including balance training, to assist patients in regaining mobility.
