TeamHealth is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated full-time physician to join our distinguished emergency medicine special operations team, serving regions across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Our special operations team is deployed in select emergency departments where physicians typically work 120 hours per month, allowing for well-deserved blocked time off. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible through ABEM or AOBEM and must have completed an emergency medicine residency. TeamHealth will assist in acquiring any necessary state licenses and DEAs. We seek adaptable candidates with outstanding communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to travel.
