Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience and/or training in the construction industry.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Proven experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
Familiarity with forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is preferred.
A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be required to operate, along with an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.

As a Traveling Superintendent, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing multiple crews on job sites. This includes managing schedules, assisting with logistics, setting up job sites, facilitating owner meetings, tracking production, and much more. You will juggle various projects simultaneously and coordinate closely with the General Superintendent, Michels Safety staff, foremen, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
