Meet the Team:
Our Triage Operations team is a dynamic group of specialists dedicated to supporting vehicle technology and programs. We analyze extensive datasets from our robust testing framework, which includes on-road trials, closed-course evaluations, virtual simulations, and real-world driving log re-simulations. Our work involves identifying, classifying, and tracking vehicle performance issues and enhancements. Triage Operations acts as a crucial communication nexus, linking Operations, Systems Engineering, Virtual Testing, and Autonomy teams to ensure a seamless engineering lifecycle. The insights we generate directly contribute to improving our systems and machine learning algorithms, allowing us to continuously learn from complex scenarios and enhance vehicle performance.
As a part of Triage Operations, Fleet Watch functions as the central command and coordination hub for real-time vehicle monitoring, incident response, and operational continuity across all Nomadic and Global Fleet missions. Fleet Watch ensures safe, efficient, and mission-ready execution through proactive oversight, clear communication, and agile coordination.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently oversee Fleet Operations missions utilizing dashboards, alerts, and basic vehicle health indicators to establish incident context and evaluate mission impact.
- Document essential details and initiate tickets with precise categorization and documentation.
