Role Purpose:
As a Middle Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. Your objective will be to ensure seamless operations, promote effective product utilization, and foster robust day-to-day partnerships. You will empower clients to extract maximum value from our platform, enhance their ROI, and provide insightful feedback for product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Operations & Support
- Manage business and operational support for a designated client portfolio.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with both existing and new clients.
- Oversee commercial and operational challenges to guarantee smooth service delivery.
Onboarding & Product Usage
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly signed clients.
- Guide clients in effectively adopting and utilizing GR8 Tech products.
Performance & Reporting
- Evaluate client performance and product adoption metrics.
