Your Responsibilities:
- TV Campaign Planning & Execution: Independently design and implement intricate TV campaigns that align with strategic directives, including comprehensive cost analysis and budget projections. Develop and present optimization strategies for TV campaigns in line with client objectives and KPIs. Supervise the creation of detailed TV implementation plans, ensuring compliance with client specifications, targeted station/daypart mixes, and performance benchmarks.
- Negotiation & Supplier Relationship Management: Spearhead negotiations with TV networks to secure optimal campaign elements, reduce surcharges, prevent penalties, and achieve premium placements. Foster strong operational relationships with sales representatives to manage spot list alterations, copy submissions, and campaign reconciliations.
- Reporting, Analysis & Auditing: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and thorough analyses (e.g., weekly/monthly reports, post-buy analyses, spot lists). Conduct in-depth analysis and maintain a comprehensive understanding of TV/offline KPIs as stipulated in client agreements. Facilitate and contribute to the provision of data for audits, enhancing efforts to refine assumptions (baseline, indexes, exclusions, added value). Prepare meticulous TV/offline audit files and templates.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Ensure the prompt creation and updating of campaign jobs, Purchase Orders (POs), and other financial documentation in accordance with internal protocols. Oversee monthly reconciliation and settlement of TV budgets with suppliers, following all internal processes. Manage documentation flow, administration, and archiving of campaign-related materials, including data critical for efficient campaign audits.
