The Formlabs Creative Marketing Team is on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer who will steer the design and evolution of sophisticated, scalable user experiences across our core, dental, and event websites. Note: A portfolio showcasing graphic and interactive web design work is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and experiences that foster an intuitive user journey from education to conversion.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining a robust and scalable design system.
- Understand the needs of a diverse user base and translate their requirements into seamless conversions.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate effectively with web developers to implement new features and updates.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize usage data to inform decisions regarding information architecture, content, and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in creating compelling user experiences and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce core features and the role of marketing funnels in their success.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design intentions to team members, accept feedback, and iterate on solutions as needed.
