Trustpilot is embarking on a dynamic new chapter of growth in the United States. As we expand our presence and influence, we seek a US Consumer Brand and Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead and accelerate our growth marketing initiatives in North America, focusing on enhancing our consumer brand.
This role is a 12-month, full-time contract position, reporting directly to the VP of US Marketing, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
We are in search of a Growth Marketer with an authentic Brand Soul. You recognize Trustpilot's uniqueness: we are a B2B SaaS company, a consumer destination, and a beacon of trust for all. Rather than relying on a large budget to generate awareness, you will cultivate it through earned authority, community-driven content, and targeted, high-ROI paid experiments. You will be the "Master of the Flywheel," leveraging our B2B partnerships to connect with consumers and using consumer trust to attract more B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- The B2B2C Engine: Transform our B2B clients into our most significant marketing asset. You’ll devise strategies to embed Trustpilot-branded Trust Signals in the checkout processes, television advertisements, and email footers of businesses globally, driving substantial "free" consumer impressions.
- Collaborate with Trustpilot’s enterprise customers to create co-marketing initiatives that yield business value and expand consumer outreach.
- Owned: Cultivate our social channels and blog into a "Trust Newsroom." You’ll direct a content strategy that positions Trustpilot as a daily go-to for US consumers, while also being a vital content creator, producing captivating, original content across various formats (e.g., articles, social media posts, videos).
- Earned: Formulate a high-impact organic strategy that places Trustpilot at the center of broader cultural and industry discussions about trust, transparency, and the AI-driven economy. You will pinpoint "white space" in the media landscape where Trustpilot can assert itself as a leading voice, gaining organic traction through timely commentary and proprietary, data-driven storytelling.
