Qualifications1-2 years of practical experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Mintegral, Moloco, Liftoff, UnityLevelPlay, and other advertising networks.Strong knowledge of MMP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and comprehension of essential monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, etc.).Experience in in-app marketing or funnel optimization to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to interpret various data sources and convert insights into actionable strategies.Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

By leveraging key advertising platforms and networks such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and AppLovin, you will diligently analyze performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, installs) alongside market trends to develop data-driven strategies. This position demands an analytical and detail-oriented professional dedicated to enhancing campaign efficiency, managing operational tasks, and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure user acquisition initiatives align with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across vital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Mintegral, Moloco, Liftoff, UnityLevelPlay, and additional networks.
- Evaluate performance data, market trends, and competitive insights, using metrics (CPI, CTR, IR, ROAS/ROI, installs) to discover growth opportunities and craft effective user acquisition strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, partnering with Creative teams to transform data-driven insights into compelling marketing and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with global advertising partners and networks to enhance campaign performance, implement best practices, and identify new traffic sources to broaden user reach.
- Analyze product and revenue metrics to gain insights into user behavior, identify funnel improvements, and synchronize user acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Remain informed about platform policies, new features, and industry advancements to ensure the effective application of each network’s best practices.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and creative teams to guarantee coherent execution and ongoing enhancement of campaigns.
