The Role
We are in search of a driven User Acquisition Manager who excels at merging analytical precision with creative experimentation. You will take charge of our performance marketing strategy, overseeing an annual budget of $2-3 million across both established and emerging channels. This role demands the ability to construct robust growth operating models and execute innovative campaigns that stand out.
What You'll Do
Growth Strategy & Operations
Develop and sustain our growth operating model, focusing on bookings forecasting, target setting, and capital allocation for acquisition efforts.
Manage performance marketing expenditures across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), and new channels such as TikTok and Reddit.
Act as the strategic liaison between marketing and finance regarding media budgets, ensuring cohesion on investment decisions and performance metrics.
Establish measurement and incrementality frameworks that illustrate genuine performance impact beyond mere vanity metrics.
Performance Marketing Execution
Oversee daily performance across all paid acquisition channels, consistently achieving payback period benchmarks.
Create and test ad creatives that significantly enhance cost per install and conversion rates.
Initiate and expand new acquisition channels.
