At Picsart, we are dedicated to empowering creativity in everyone. We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist with outstanding analytical abilities to spearhead our paid acquisition and targeting initiatives. You will play a key role in testing, experimenting, analyzing, and optimizing our campaigns to expedite user growth.
Your Impact
- Strategize & Execute: Launch, manage, and enhance user acquisition (UA) and retargeting campaigns across various paid channels, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads among others.
- Analyze & Optimize: Perform thorough analyses of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, subscriber rates, and overall growth.
- Experiment & Learn: Design and implement robust testing strategies to gather insights related to creative performance, targeting effectiveness, tactical approaches, and channel efficiency.
- Budget Management: Work collaboratively with the Head of Acquisition to manage budget allocations and pacing for maximum impact.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with social, content, and creative teams to develop innovative concepts and iterate on successful creatives. Manage the creative pipeline and maintain a comprehensive UA creative repository.
