At MeridianLink, we are on the lookout for a creative and driven UX Designer to become a vital part of our UX Design team within the Product organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing user experiences for online loan and account applications. Your contributions will significantly influence user interactions with our digital products, streamline essential financial processes, and introduce delightful moments through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design. Additionally, you will have the chance to explore and implement cutting-edge AI-driven UX methodologies to improve the lending experience.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize AI-enhanced design workflows — leveraging tools like Claude Code and other innovative platforms to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design-to-development transitions.
Design, prototype, and evaluate user experiences for digital financial products, concentrating on optimizing online loan and bank account applications.
Craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that meet both business objectives and user demands.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Figma to develop scalable design systems, components, and workflows.
Implement automation and integration tools (such as Make) to boost design efficiency and facilitate seamless design-to-development processes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clients to iterate on and enhance design solutions.
Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating and justifying design rationale.
Engage in grooming and refinement sessions with development teams to ensure top-notch implementation.
Evaluate proposed product modifications for adherence to UX standards and suggest enhancements.
