Join our dynamic team as a UX Designer specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the UX process from user research to production, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
Conducting and structuring user research (both qualitative and quantitative): interviews, tests, surveys, journey analysis, and identifying pain points.
Designing effective user journeys and interfaces: information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and UI focusing on accessibility and conversion.
Implementing a CRO/test-and-learn approach: formulating hypotheses, prioritizing, designing and managing A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations.
Monitoring and enhancing experience performance through KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, NPS/CSAT, Core Web Vitals) and regular reporting.
Collaborating closely with product, data, marketing, and tech teams to translate insights into tangible and measurable improvements.
Facilitating workshops and adopting a consultative role with clients (ideation, co-design, UX/CRO audits, experience roadmaps).
Contributing to the design system (components, guidelines) and ensuring a clean design handoff for smooth integration.
