Sectigo is seeking a dedicated Validation Specialist fluent in German and English to become a vital part of our expanding global team.
This position is set to commence on May 4th, 2026.
The Validation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to validation certificate orders. This includes performing online research to confirm the legitimacy of customer organizations applying for certificates, verifying organizational contact information, and managing the review, audit, and issuance of certificate orders. The role requires collaboration with Sectigo's diverse customer base and internal teams while addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
This full-time position allows for a hybrid work model, with a requirement of at least three days per week in our Lille office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conducting thorough research to authenticate customer organizations and their contact information.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat communications.
- Independently resolving customer support issues and escalating cases as needed.
- Managing daily tasks associated with maintaining Sectigo’s customer relationships.
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned, relevant to the role and company initiatives.
