Job Summary:
The Vehicle Workshop Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing daily operations within the workshop. This includes ensuring that work is executed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities encompass coordinating schedules, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Operations Management:
Plan and coordinate vehicle pre-delivery inspections and related activities in alignment with VPC target dates.
Ensure timely completion of tasks to reduce vehicle downtime.
Delegate tasks to mechanics and technicians based on their skills and workload.
Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary, collaborating closely with the VPC planner.
2. Inventory & Parts Management:
Collaborate with inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels.
Inform the customer support team about potential inventory or parts delays.
Track inventory usage and address any discrepancies identified.
3. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure workshop activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct quality control checks as required and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor quality standards and update them as necessary.
