Your Role
In the capacity of a Vendor Program Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring various Vendor partner programs and their associated requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate internal training requests and manage the certification tracking of employees both nationally and internationally.
Your Contributions
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing vendor program criteria by assessing role-specific training and certification needs, pinpointing internal advocates, coordinating necessary activities, and ensuring precise record-keeping in internal systems.
- Executing structured tracking and coordination of training and certification compliance for employees in accordance with vendor program requirements.
- Monitoring certification advancement, deadlines, and completion proofs for teams across national and international locations.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of vendor program processes through proactive analysis and feedback.
