As a vital member of our team, you will lead a dedicated group focused on verifying employment histories, educational qualifications, professional references, and license statuses for job candidates on behalf of our clients. In the role of Verifications Team Lead, you'll have a significant impact on the development of our Verification Department by providing essential training, coaching, and ongoing support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and coaching to both new and existing team members in the Verification Department.
- Handle administrative tasks related to verifications and prepare End of Day reports to support management.
- Conduct queue cleanup to optimize workflow.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Work In Progress (WIP) checks to ensure compliance with processes.
- Support hiring managers during the recruitment and selection process.
- Process verification files efficiently.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Verifications and a leadership role.
- Strong ability to maintain punctual attendance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to use new software accurately.
- Natural problem solver focused on delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances efficiently.
- Works well independently while appreciating the importance of teamwork.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring communication to different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers effortlessly, conduct extensive internet research, and type at least 45 words per minute.
- Capacity to sit for long durations.
- Ability to engage on the phone for extended periods.
- Experience conducting thorough internet and telephone research.
Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
