About the job
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee meeting room management: reservations, setup, restoration, and audio connections.
- Handle mail and packages: sorting, dispatching, and affixing postage.
- Administer activities related to meeting room usage: managing bookings and material needs.
- Conduct minor handling and internal relocations.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks within the premises: repairs on faulty furniture, replacing ceiling tiles, changing carpet tiles, and hanging pictures.
- Vehicle transportation (Driver's License B required).
- Address intervention requests (GMAO).
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across all installations.
- Manage locksmithing tasks: replacing cylinders, door handles, and locks, as well as installing various types of locks and doors.
- Execute electrical interventions: relamping, cable trays, and connecting power sources and outlets.
