Your Role as a Nursing Manager

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for the nursing team, providing the necessary tools and support for their success.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Address patient care challenges and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and shift leads to ensure alignment on goals and operational flow.
- Incorporate feedback from doctors to enhance team development and uphold medical standards.
