Role Overview:
- Develop a profound understanding of our clients' business objectives, becoming a trusted advisor by conducting regular strategic alignment meetings.
- Implement a consultative sales strategy that adds value, ensuring system optimization, enhancing service usage, and making clients aware of beneficial new services or processes.
- Lead proactive renewal strategies that align with both client and Businessolver objectives.
- Oversee business management and consult on opportunities through the up/cross-sell and renewal life cycles.
- Maintain client relationships at the Senior Director level and above, ideally with VPs or SVPs.
- Identify best practices to guide clients toward alternative solutions.
- Participate in continuous learning about product releases, updates, and system functionalities.
- Engage with clients regarding industry developments and legal changes.
- Define, drive, and showcase the value (ROI) delivered by Businessolver.
- Facilitate collaboration across various business units and roles to enhance value for both clients and Businessolver.
- Create and review strategic client engagement plans that include key team members and thoughtful recommendations for partnership advancements.
- Ensure seamless handoff of new services to client delivery teams.
- Design comprehensive solutions and financial offers to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Promote awareness of the extensive offerings available at Businessolver.
