Role Overview
Join Cro Metrics as the Vice President of Client Strategy, where you will spearhead our Integrated Growth Strategy team and drive client success across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring client health, retention, and expansion by implementing a cohesive strategy that integrates our services. This role involves building and nurturing a high-performing team, establishing operational standards, and promoting the use of AI workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in our deliverables.
This senior leadership position demands an executive presence in a fully remote setting, requiring the ability to prioritize effectively, make swift decisions, and communicate them clearly to ensure organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
1) Client Portfolio Management
- Maintain and enhance client health across your portfolio by identifying risks, implementing mitigations, and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders through effective communication and measurable outcomes.
- Drive client renewals and expansions by crafting a strategic growth plan that translates results into actionable insights.
2) Development of Integrated Capabilities
- Design and implement a robust operating system for the Integrated Growth Strategy that enhances coordination across various channels through standardized processes and documentation.
- Champion the adoption of AI workflows within the team, integrating them into planning, analysis, and performance storytelling.
- Elevate the speed, quality, and consistency of service delivery while adhering to strategic objectives.
3) Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and retain talented Integrated Growth Strategists and subject matter experts in Paid Media.
- Establish clear expectations for quality, client impact, and ownership throughout the team.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and strong client partnerships that drive sustainable performance in a remote work environment.
4) Executive Leadership
- Make decisive calls promptly, communicate them effectively, and ensure alignment among clients and internal teams.
