We are seeking a seasoned professional who possesses established client relationships and a proven ability to generate revenue. This role is ideal for individuals who can utilize their network to effect immediate impact and drive the expansion of our practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience assessing economic damages in business litigation across a variety of industries. A robust background in financial statement analysis and expert report creation is essential. As Vice President, you will oversee daily project management and client communications across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex business litigation engagements focused on evaluating economic damages, including engagement planning, task delegation, and team management.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary contact for current and prospective clients.
- Engage directly with clients through face-to-face meetings to gather pertinent data and information.
- Provide insights and expertise regarding target industries, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
- Manage damages analyses, determining appropriate methodologies and constructing and reviewing financial models.
- Review and analyze opposing damages expert reports.
- Occasionally serve as an expert witness and provide testimony as needed.
