Role Overview
As the Vice President of Game Engineering, you will spearhead the engineering discipline across our mobile-first portfolio of free-to-play live service games. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring our game engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality titles while scaling our operations effectively.
Reporting to the executive team, you will oversee and mentor Technical Directors across our global studio, establishing and maintaining engineering standards while driving operational excellence with a focus on rapid validation and iteration. You will serve as the unifying force within the game engineering organization, aligning personnel, processes, and tools with our strategic portfolio objectives while advocating for engineering at the highest leadership levels.
Your role will involve close collaboration with our central technology teams (Platform, Infrastructure, Data, QA), ensuring seamless coordination to enhance shared technology investments that accelerate game team delivery.
