This pivotal role is intended to spearhead our entire Test Operations organization. We are seeking a leader with a profound technical passion and substantial experience in the developmental flight testing of unmanned systems at both the system and subsystem levels. You will be instrumental in converting test organizational strategies into actionable plans as Anduril scales. This position requires close collaboration with engineering leadership, program management, and cross-functional operations teams to tackle a diverse array of challenging problems with your team.
The Test Operations organization at Anduril spans the entirety of our product lines and business units, encompassing all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts comprehensive system-level integration and development testing for ground and flight operations, production acceptance flight testing, sub-component qualification testing, and much more. Essentially, if it involves testing, we are involved.
