Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President of Regional Sales, you will play a pivotal role within the CRL leadership team, driving sustainable revenue growth and leading a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization. You will formulate strategy, motivate teams, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance our competitive edge.
Your responsibilities include:
- Spearheading the development and implementation of regional sales and channel strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Aligning sales goals with the broader business strategy through effective forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Creating and maintaining annual segment plans to attract new customers, increase market share, and venture into new markets
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure alignment of priorities, campaigns, and resources
- Designing and refining sales structures, including territories, roles, quotas, and incentive programs
- Leveraging data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Establishing pricing strategies, controls, and reporting mechanisms to maximize portfolio value
