This pivotal role will involve developing, managing, and advancing a pipeline of investment opportunities in renewable energy and emerging technologies, guiding leads from initial contact to successful closure. Reporting directly to the Head of Renewables, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by nurturing relationships with renewable energy property owners and establishing a thriving sales pipeline.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee your personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing through to closing. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, employing a consultative approach for those considering ground lease buy-outs. Meet personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings. Diligently track your origination waterfall activity to ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline. Provide input on user experience enhancements for origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives. Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to sustain a competitive market position.
