Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:* Formulate and implement a holistic sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth across all target sectors.* Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on support to Sales Engineers on intricate opportunities while leading negotiations on our most complex enterprise contracts to secure successful closures.* Foster cross-departmental collaboration between Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. Develop shared KPIs, engage in joint planning, and maintain consistent feedback mechanisms to enhance win rates, expansion, and product-market fit.* Construct and expand the sales organization from the ground up, including Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and sales operations, instilling a culture of accountability, urgency, and high performance.* Establish and uphold process discipline throughout the sales cycle, encompassing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) clarity, outbound and SDR scripting, pipeline generation expectations, territory management, CRM maintenance, and stringent qualification at each stage.* Create and manage KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline to guarantee consistent performance and transparent revenue visibility.* Ensure forecasting accuracy through meticulous pipeline evaluations, reliable stage-progression criteria, and standardized qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar). Collaborate with FP&A for dependable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.* Represent the organization as the external sales leader by engaging in webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer events, embodying the unified CXT brand.* Propel growth in critical sectors (courier, shippers, healthcare) through targeted initiatives and strategic market development.
