We are looking for a Vice President of Sales who will lead our business development efforts by identifying and securing new clients that can leverage our innovative sales and growth solutions. This is a fully remote role, structured as a 1099 commission-only position reporting directly to the COO. In this capacity, you will also act as a fractional VP of Sales for clients who invest in our Growth Partner packages, guiding their sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Discover and secure new business opportunities by marketing TNBWS Corp.’s recruitment packages to various sectors, including startups, consultants, coaches, agencies, and home improvement brands.
- Client Sales Leadership: Act as a fractional VP of Sales for clients who select our Growth Partner package, crafting tailored sales strategies to meet their specific revenue objectives.
- Channel Partnerships: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with trade associations, chambers of commerce, and other networks to enhance lead generation and diversify our client base.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor client sales teams to improve their skills and performance.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement customized sales strategies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze and report on key metrics, illustrating success and return on investment (ROI) for clients through lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth.
- Client Engagement: Conduct virtual presentations, workshops, and seminars to inform potential clients about our recruitment solutions.
