Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:* Devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures consistent, scalable revenue growth across all targeted markets.* Act as a true player-coach, providing active support to Sales Engineers on complex opportunities and personally overseeing the largest, most intricate enterprise deals to guarantee successful closures.* Facilitate cross-departmental alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve integrated go-to-market execution. Establish mutual KPIs, collaborative planning, and continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance win rates, expansion strategies, and product-market fit.* Build and expand the sales organization from the ground up, including Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and sales operations, nurturing a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance excellence.* Define and enforce process discipline throughout the sales cycle, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) clarity, outbound and SDR scripting, pipeline generation expectations, territory management, CRM maintenance, and thorough stage qualification.* Establish and oversee KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline management to ensure sustained performance and accurate revenue forecasting.* Ensure forecasting accuracy through diligent pipeline reviews, predictable stage-progression criteria, and standardized qualification frameworks (such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar). Collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis for dependable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.* Represent the organization as the public-facing sales leader by engaging in webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events, embodying the unified CXT brand.* Propel expansion in key verticals (courier, shippers, healthcare) through targeted initiatives and strategic market development.
