Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies for key accounts with an average annual spend exceeding $250M, prioritizing sustainable growth and collaboration.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with executive-level decision-makers within these accounts.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to broaden Xometry's influence within these strategic partnerships.
- Sales Leadership and Team Development:
- Attract, onboard, train, and mentor a top-performing team of key account managers.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to the team, ensuring they consistently meet and surpass sales objectives.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Revenue Growth and Performance Management:
- Establish and oversee sales forecasts and targets for key accounts.
- Analyze and assess sales performance, recognizing trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Deploy strategies to achieve significant revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key account stakeholders.
