Halter is in search of a dynamic and innovative Video Content Producer who embodies the spirit of a creative storyteller and a proactive doer. We are looking for someone who thrives on transforming abstract concepts into impactful video content while ensuring timely delivery. You should possess a blend of speed, visionary thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Whether you are a recent graduate with a portfolio of impressive projects, an aspiring YouTube creator, or someone with a year or two of experience crafting engaging videos, we want a team member who is eager to learn, ready to try new ideas, and willing to dive into the creative process.
This role was created in response to the common question we receive: “How are other farmers utilizing Halter?” Your mission will be to vividly portray the real-life impact of Halter through authentic farmer narratives, showcasing how our technology is enhancing their operations and inspiring others to envision its potential on their farms.
You will travel to farms across New Zealand (and occasionally Australia), where you will set up shoots, conduct interviews, capture b-roll footage, and edit this content into both short and long-form pieces for various organic and paid channels. Your role will also involve guiding farmers who may be unfamiliar with being on camera, helping them feel at ease so they can share their stories with confidence.
Applicants must possess a valid full New Zealand driver’s license with a clean driving record.
