The Role: Video Content Lead
We are in search of a Video Content Lead who will take charge of lemlist’s video strategy from inception to execution.
Your objective is to transform video into a strategic growth mechanism rather than merely a production task.
This entails crafting impactful video content that aligns with our core initiatives (product launches, growth strategies, employer branding) while resonating with our target audience: B2B sales teams and RevOps professionals.
This senior-level role offers a high degree of autonomy within the Marketing team, working directly alongside the CMO and closely collaborating with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams.
You will not simply receive briefs; you will anticipate needs, propose innovative ideas, manage projects, and deliver video content that is precise, timely, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
Editorial Leadership & Video Content Strategy
Lead the editorial vision for lemlist’s video content across various formats and platforms.
Develop concepts, angles, and key messages tailored to our target audiences (B2B Sales & RevOps).
Write or oversee the creation of video scripts for product launches, social media content, YouTube formats, TikTok, and internal communications.
Ensure strong editorial coherence and brand consistency across both lemlist and Claap.
Critically evaluate and enhance ideas generated by Marketing or Leadership to maximize clarity, relevance, and impact.
Proactively generate new video concepts that align with company priorities.
Video Project Management (A to Z)
Manage the entire video production process from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute video projects that enhance engagement and drive results.
