Role Overview
- Drive the advancement of CADDi software solutions by leveraging your technical skill set along with your leadership capabilities.
- Initially, you will oversee a single team, with the potential to expand your responsibilities to multiple teams. Your role will involve direct contributions to coding, conducting code reviews, and making architectural decisions while nurturing a culture of ongoing enhancement and technical excellence.
Communication between teams will occur in both Japanese and English.
- Engage in hands-on development, actively participating in the creation and upkeep of software products while ensuring the quality of code through reviews and pair programming.
- Mentor development team members through one-on-one sessions, evaluations, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Advocate for engineering recruitment and external public relations initiatives.
- Promote and instill the CADDi Tech culture.
- Design organizational structures with a focus on scalability concerning business and product growth.
- Identify and address key issues, formulating and executing strategies to enhance the engineering organization's value.
