About the Role & Team
This position involves managing a team of VIP Hosts and VIP Associates, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our top-tier players.
In this role, you will oversee the training, scheduling, performance reporting, and decision-making regarding player comping, all while reporting directly to the Regional Director of Player Development.
Your Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain a portfolio of high-value VIP accounts.
- Drive additional gaming revenue by proactively addressing player needs and expectations.
- Enhance operational processes and compliance initiatives, providing coaching to elevate team performance.
- Lead the Host and Associate team by delivering weekly updates and performance reviews to the Regional Manager of Player Development.
- Oversee all aspects of player relationships, including hospitality events and ongoing communications, ensuring exceptional service even outside standard office hours.
- Foster a personalized experience for each player to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
