Qualifications
Qualifications• Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. medical school• Board certification in Family Medicine is mandatory• A minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care, including both adult and pediatric patients• Active, unrestricted physician license in at least 15 U.S. states is required:• As part of the 15 states:- Must include at least 2 of the following states: California, Texas, Florida- Must include at least 3 of the following states: Georgia, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee• Preference will be given to candidates with active licenses in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington.
