Objective
As a Visual Manager, you will be an essential component of our store leadership team, overseeing ALO’s visual merchandising and product strategies within the store. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about planning, product expertise, data analysis, and visual execution, with a strong focus on creating impactful and efficient merchandising displays. Your primary goal will be to maintain a customer-ready environment at all times.
This role demands active engagement and movement throughout the store, including both the sales floor and back of house. When not assisting customers directly, you will proactively undertake various tasks to ensure that the store remains clean, safe, welcoming, and operates smoothly.
